Menu Development

The ingredient and menu development process for Savage Greens centered on subverting traditional “clean eating” norms—choosing bold, indulgent, and culturally rich ingredients that challenge the idea that healthy food has to be bland or boring. Each bowl was built for contrast—smoke vs. acid, crunch vs. cream, heat vs. sweetness—with a focus on craveability, not calorie counts. The goal wasn’t just nourishment—it was rebellion in every bite.
